1. The ARGENTO HRMS software covers a comprehensive range of
Human Resource Management services and functions. These include Personnel Database Module, Time & Absence Management Module, Payroll Module, Learning Management Module, Employee Self-Service Module (ESS), Organization Management Module, Performance Evaluation Module, Welfare Module, Recruitment Module; and, Career Management Module. 
  
2. All modules are designed to be intrinsically linked together. 

3. Email notifications of important tasks can be set to alert relevant personnel of work outstanding.

4. The system is fully functional in both Thai and English, covering menu items, forms, and other relevant reports.
5. Authorized users can customize the reports to function in a certain way for a specific purpose.  

6. The system covers a wide range of HR-related government forms,
formats, files and reports, such as those for the Social Security Office,
the Revenue Department and the Department of Skill Development,
as well as, ones for Banks.

7. Most of the report templates are provided in the Crystal Report format, which can easily be exported into many different file formats, such as Excel, Word and PDF. 

8. The system is fully compatible with widely-used database management applications such as MySQL, SQL Server and Oracle.

9. The system can easily import any existing database files, such as Company Personnel Profiles, by converting them into an Excel format.

10.Users can add/edit employee’s data fields to suit any requirement. 

11.Data can be imported or exported between the system and most other applications in use.

12.A hierarchy of data access authority can be specified for different levels or groups of users.

13.Data access authority can also be set at the Module level, at the Menu level, at the Field level or at the Record function.

14.Durations of password validity, as well as, details of password requirements such as minimum lengths and eligible characters, can be specified.

15.Authorized users have access to their own password change.

16.Significant data is traceable, making it easy to verify past important data.
