The ARGENTO HRMS software covers a comprehensive range of Human Resource Management services and functions. ARGENTO Base Module
This module serves as the core functionality that unifies all the other modules into a comprehensive offering. It manages all the data basically needed to perform HR operation i.e. organization, department, employee data, etc. It makes the work of keeping track of employee personal data much more easier as the platform is designed in such a way that all data are linked together. For example, information in the application file can be transferred to the employee personal information file, pay raise information from the Performance Evaluation Module will be automatically sent to the employee’s historical data, and when an event affecting the history of an employee occurs (a transfer, a pay raise etc.), the information is sent to other relevant subsystems, such as Payroll Module.
ARGENTO Time Module
This module has been developed to ensure that the process of calculating wages and overtime payments can be done with much greater speed and more accurate. Schedules for individual employees can be automatically generated according to specified shift rotation condition. The time attendance data can be conditionally loaded into the system. Leave entitlement can be specified for any type of leave and leave application can be made for full day or partial day(hours).
ARGENTO Payroll Module
With the maximum flexibility of its design, it turns the burdensome and lengthy payroll management process into a simple task. The processes of benefit and tax calculation are much simplified as all the data are linked from other relevant modules. Time required for the preparation of reports for submission to the Revenue Department, banks, various funds or the accounting system will also be reduced tremendously.
ARGENTO Welfare Module
This module has been specifically designed to manage any user-defined benefit plans. User can specify his own eligibility condition for requisition of benefits or medical expenses. The module helps HR staff to process claims for life and accident insurance. It also provides function to record employee’s health diagnostic.
ARGENTO Performance Evaluation Module
This module enables the company to design evaluation method on 3 areas which are KPI, competency, and behavior. It helps management to easily process bonus payment or salary increments. Before the final decision is made, users can develop their own scenarios to analyze the consequences subject to various conditions in order to determine the budget required for salaries or bonus payment. It also can link to time attendance module to deduct the performance score for employee’s abnormal attendance.
ARGENTO Organization Structure Module
With this module, organization charting is no longer a highly complex task. A user can simulate a new organization structure by easily removing or adding work units(drag & drop). It is a very useful tool for setting up manpower budget and salary structure. The employees’ information of each work unit can also be viewed on-screen.
ARGENTO Recruitment Module
Designed to enhance the efficiency and speed of the recruitment process, this module allows each key recruitment stage to be processed on-line, from staff requisition, job application data entry, applicant screening based on certain criteria, making appointment, to interview result recording, with data from these stages all being linked together. Staff requisition progress can also be checked by the system.
ARGENTO Workflow Module
ARGENTO Workflow removes the need for traditional paper-based approvals by replacing paper forms with electronic notification, routing, and approval. Designing and configuring workflow can be done easily with this module. It includes provisions for both predetermined and ad-hoc routing, reminders, and escalation to alternate approvers after preset time periods.
ARGENTO Employee Self-Service Module
This module enables company to save cost and time with comprehensive, workflow-driven employee and manager self-service. It features functions that allow employees to submit leave requisition, overtime requisition, shift change requisition, holiday change requisition, time-recording
requisition, on-line class enrollment, on-line benefit requisition, on-line appraisal, which helps reduce the workload of the personnel staff to a great extent. Every request will be sent to the supervisor for approval based on a user-determined work flow. Also, employees can view their own information such as leave entitlement and some reports that are disclosable to them.
ARGENTO Learning Management Module
Organization are focusing on developing their human resource as they seek to drive business performance. This module proves to be highly useful for setting up learning programs because its functionality covers all major aspects of learning management such as learning records of employees, learning planning. The module also facilitates the control of learning expenses. It is therefore a valuable tool for HR development – an area of growing significance for today’s organizations.
ARGENTO Career Management Module
This module is designed to facilitate career management by determining career path and succession plan. The module can be linked to the Performance Evaluation Module and Recruitment Module to retrieve necessary data about candidates or internal staff qualification. Also, career development can be managed together with the Learning Management module.
ARGENTO Security & Audit
Granting access to certain functions or controls can be limited to groups or individuals. The system also supports record-level security as well as provides audit reports in tracking data changes. System administrator can also set criteria for password strength and age.
